Job Description For Food and Beverage Supervisor
A 5-star hotel is looking for a dynamic professional to join their team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same role in 4/5* hotel.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead the FB Service Team with Hotel policies and procedures.
- Has the ability to provide professional and customer-focused service to our guests ensuring the dining experience will become memorable.
- Has the ability to personally coach, train, and develop the F&B Service Team to ensure good food and beverage knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Opera and Micros is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
- Locally available and can join immediately.
