Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, attract new guests, and retain existing customers.
· Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events, to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
· Manage the resort's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns, to enhance visibility and engagement.
· Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, sales materials, and promotional offers to support sales efforts and drive bookings.
· Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively and within budget.
· Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and optimize strategies.
· Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the resort's brand values and positioning.
· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
· Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance and productivity.
Job Specifications:
· Bachelor's degree is preferred.
· Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving business objectives.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
· Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting data and insights to inform decision-making.
